Due to the large volume of email, and various (and variable) circumstances, it is increasingly difficult for me to respond individually to email.
To avoid disappointing and frustrating silences from me, it is best to post questions to the Forum (registration required) were there are many knowledgeable Shergold and Hayman enthusiasts ready and able to answer queries, and you may even get an answer from one of the founders of Shergold.

If there is something that you really feel I need to see (like a rare Shergold that you want to offer me first!) then you can send email to me on this address, but I don't make any guarantee of a response, or may just direct you to the FAQ or forum.
